If you've already got an account with Blingi, we recommend logging before clicking Live Chat. That way, your customer information will be auto-filled, which will assist our customer support team and ensure you get help more quickly.

What can customer support assist me with?

Our customer support can solve most account issues immediately. If you have a more complex issue which our customer support is unable to solve, they will escalate it to the relevant department and make sure you get the help you need.

Is there anything customer support can't help with?

Our support can not, under any circumstances, provide bonus codes or give out bonuses in general. They can help you if you are missing a bonus on your account that was advertised for you, but they are unable to hand out random bonuses to people asking.
